出来る様にして上記の問題点を解消したものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] Conventionally, in order to manufacture concrete plates, especially large plates, a room and a curing room are provided for drying and fixing the poured concrete, and a long period of time is required for curing before shipment. Since this requires a curing period, considerable equipment is required, and its maintenance costs are also high, and the product cannot be sold at a low price. After pouring and pouring, the work can be done in that state in the formwork.
The above-mentioned problems have been solved by fixing, curing, and demolding the product so that a strong product can be shipped immediately.

According to No. 276282, the temperature of the concrete rises to 60 degrees or more in about 24 hours, and if this is left as is, the temperature will suddenly exceed 70 degrees, which may cause deterioration of the concrete. was there. In order to avoid this, it is necessary to remove the mold within 24 hours, remove the cover, or move the frames if stacked, which may be a little difficult for mass production. There was a point.

At the same time when the temperature exceeds a certain level, water is sprayed to prevent the temperature from rising, and water curing is also performed to further increase the strength of the concrete, thereby eliminating the above drawbacks. It is excluded.
