A disk-shaped object to be cleaned is sandwiched between a plurality of rotating disks each having an elastic continuous porous body attached to both sides, and the object to be cleaned is rotated while being pressed by the rotating disks. In a jig for cleaning a disk-shaped object, the jig is configured to continuously wash the object with a cleaning liquid impregnated in a communicating porous body attached to the rotating disk while rotating the object relatively. A plurality of locking notches are provided radially from the center of the disk, and a band of an elastic continuous porous material is provided in the notches so as to protrude almost symmetrically on both the front and back surfaces.
