動する駆動手段９と、当該雨滴信号検出手段１に
より雨滴が検出されかつ当該暗闇検出手段１２に
より暗闇が検出された場合にはワイパー間欠時間
を短縮する信号を当該駆動手段９へ出力する制御
手段３とを有することを特徴とするワイパー制御
