First, if it interacts with other ingredients in cosmetics and deteriorates the stability of the product, or if the amount is increased to enhance the UV absorption effect, problems may arise in terms of skin safety.

Inorganic pigments such as titanium oxide, iron oxide, zinc oxide, kaolin, and calcium carbonate are used as ultraviolet scattering agents, and among them, titanium oxide and zinc oxide in the form of fine particles of 1 μm or less are said to have excellent ultraviolet scattering effects. (
(Japanese Patent Publication No. 47-42502, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-231607) [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In general, these ultraviolet f/! Inorganic pigments that exhibit the A-scattering effect are highly safe for the skin and exhibit a wide range of UV-scattering effects, but the effect is small and a large amount must be added in order to have a sufficient UV-scattering effect. However, when applied to the skin, it creates a heavy makeup state, resulting in an unnatural finish. Fine particles of titanium oxide and zinc oxide have been disclosed as improving these drawbacks, but in reality, when incorporated into cosmetics, they cause secondary aggregation and do not have sufficient sun protection effects. In addition, it has a problem in that it does not spread well when used as a cosmetic.

It is too expensive and generally has 6 to 7 times more hiding power than zinc oxide, so if it is adjusted for the purpose of increasing the UV scattering effect, it has the problem of creating a heavy makeup state.

本発明を完成するに至った。[Means for Solving the Problems] In view of the above circumstances, the present inventors have conducted intensive research to solve the above problems, and have found that zinc oxide, which has a lower ultraviolet scattering effect than titanium oxide, can be used as a core for resin powder. It has been found that when made into a composite powder coated with titanium oxide, it exhibits a UV scattering effect superior to that of titanium oxide. Furthermore, when the zinc oxide-coated resin powder is blended into a sunscreen cosmetic, a sunscreen cosmetic that has an appropriate hiding power, a natural finish, and a sufficient ultraviolet scattering effect can be obtained; It has been discovered that a similar effect is exhibited by a coated resin powder coated with zinc oxide and other inorganic powders, and the present invention has been completed based on these findings.

A transparent PET film was placed on top of the above UV-sensitive composition in a circular shape with a diameter of 5 cI11, and 1.5 g of the film was applied onto it in a uniform thickness, and a UV lamp was irradiated for 8 minutes to prepare a sample of the PET film. Using a Hitachi 607 spectrophotometer, the color of the UV-sensitive composition that has been removed and colored is determined based on the color of the UV-sensitive composition when the amount of UV irradiation is zero.
Color differences were calculated in the AB coordinate system.

This is considered to be because the secondary agglomerated state of zinc oxide in the zinc oxide-coated resin powder is completely loosened and becomes a monodisperse state, which is uniformly adhered to the surface of the resin powder. In addition to these properties, it is also easy to use and provides a good makeup finish, and is a sunscreen cosmetic that also has the astringent and anti-inflammatory effects that zinc oxide originally has.
