ルである。6は前記上ブラケツト4に挿着された
保持部材であり、ハンドル5を支持するようにす
るが、その支持構造を第2図に拡大して示す。保
持部材6は上側部材6aと下側部材6bに分割し
て構成されており、その下側部材6bが上ブラケ
ツト4に挿着されるようになつている。下側部材
6bの挿着部6b1は上ブラケツト4の挿着孔4a
に遊嵌する軸状とされ、その下端部が上ブラケツ
ト4下方へ突出している。7は前記挿着部6b1外
周に嵌め合う内筒であり、その上下両端が上ブラ
ケツト4より突出している。8は挿着部6b1の下
端部に嵌め合つて前記内筒7の下端に係合するワ
ツシヤであり、9はワツシヤ8の下側において挿
