Abstract

PURPOSE:To prepare the title stable and uniform emulsion by blending lisolecithin, a water-soluble polyhydric alcohol having >=2 hydroxyl groups in the molecule, and an oil-phase component to obtain the emulsion composition. CONSTITUTION:Lisolecithin and a water-soluble polyhydric alcohol having >=2 hydroxyl groups in the molecule are mixed and an oil-phase component is further incorporated to prepare the oil-in-polyhydric alcohol emulsion composition. Ethyleneglycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, diprpylene glycol, glycerin, etc., are used as the polyhydric alcohol and beef tallow, olive oil, hydrocarbons, fatty acids, etc., are used as the oil-phase component. Soybean lecithin, egg yolk lecithin, etc., can be exempleified a the lisolecithin. The total amt. of the polyhydric alcohol and lisolecithin to be used, based on the oil-phase component, is preferably adjusted to >=10wt%.

野で利用することを目的とする、リゾレシチンを含有す
る多価アルコール中油型乳化組成物に関する。

開発され、乳化技術も進歩している中で、特に安全性の
高い乳化剤に対する要求が非常に高まっている。安全性
の高い乳化剤としてはソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、グリ
セリン脂肪酸エステル、プロピレングリコール脂肪酸エ
ステルなどの多価アルコール脂肪酸エステル(R油性乳
化剤)およびレシチン、ショ糖脂肪酸エステル、ポリグ
リセリン脂肪酸エステルなどの親水性乳化剤があシ、化
粧品、医薬品、食品などに広く使用されている。

い。一方、レシチン、ショ糖脂肪酸エステル、ポリグリ
セリン脂肪酸エステルは、ポリオキシエチレン鎖を有す
る非イオン界面活性剤と比べその乳化力は数段劣シ、均
一で安定なエマルションを得ることは困難であり、安定
なエマルションを得るためには、ホモジナイザー、コロ
イドミルなどの強力な機械力を必要とする。その為、強
力な機械力を使用せず、安全性の高い乳化剤を用いて均
一で安定なエマルションを製造することが強く望まれて
いた。

本発明者等はこのような要望に応えるために、安全性の
高い乳化剤であるリゾレシチンを使用して、安定で均一
なエマルションを作るべく、検討を重ねた結果、リゾレ
シチンを含有する新規な多価アルコール中油を乳化組成
物を見出した。即ち、リゾレシチンと多価アルコールお
よび必要に応じて非イオン界面活性剤および水を組み合
わせ、これらに油相成分を加えることにより多価アルコ
ール中に油相成分が可溶化もしくはマイクロエマルショ
ンとして均一に分散した多価アルコール中油型乳化組成
物が得られることを見い出し本発明を完成するに至った
。本発明により得られた多価アルコール中油型乳化組成
物は、透明もしくは半透明の粘稠液体またはゲルである
。更にこの多価アルコール中油型乳化組成物を水で希釈
または水を加えて混合することにより均一な微粒子の水
中油型乳化組成物が得られる。

ール、蔗糖、フラクトース、キシリトール、イノシトー
ル、ペンタエリスリトール、ンルビトール、マルトトリ
オース、澱粉分解糖、澱粉分解糖還元アルコールなどが
好ましく例示される0 油相成分としては、牛脂、スクワラン、オリーブ油など
の動植物性油脂、炭化水素、脂肪酸、シリコーン、フッ
素オイルおよびイングロピルミIJステート、バチルモ
ノイソステアレート、ビタミンA1アセテート、ビリド
キシンジオクタノエートなどのエステルなどが挙げられ

、その他の酸化エチレン付加型界面活性剤などの非イオ
ン界面活性剤でもよい。
