Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はたとえば液面を検知し自動的に動作を
停止する機能を備えた汲みあげポンプ等の給液管

出部である。この吐出部3はその先端部に液面検
知器(図示せず)を内蔵し、これを装着してたと
えば石油ストーブの給油タンクに給油するときな
どにポンプの動作によつて油が供給され液面が上
昇して検知器に達したときに信号を発し、この信
号は制御回路に導かれ油の供給が自動的に停止さ
れ、油をあふれさせないようになつている。しか
しながら液面検知器が吐出部の先端部に設けられ
ているため、給油に際しては先端の中吊りに挿入
しなければならず、そのため挿入の程度の規正が
行ない難く、給油液面が変動し易い欠点があつ
た。このような欠点を除去するために前記吐出部
の先端部につづく部分の外表面に複数の係止ひだ
を設け、この部分にさらにとくに力を加えた場合
に係止ひだを乗りこえて移動を可能とするように
少なくとも周辺が可撓性の開口を有する調節リン
グを装着した。第1図の4が調節リングである。
このリングを吐出部の任意の位置に移動し第2図
に示すようにたとえば給油タンク10の注入口1
1に当設するように吐出部3を設定すれば、設定
に応じた液面12までの給油を自動的に行なうこ

の分岐部21に吐出ホース22が連結され、吐出
ホース22の他端には吐出部23が連結されてい
る。この吐出部23を第4図に示す。吐出部に内
蔵された液面検知器の位置に対応する吐出部23
の先端部外表面に表示環24が設けられ、これに
つづく部分の外表面に複数の係止ひだ25が設け
られている。この吐出部23には調節リング26
が嵌めこまれ、この調節リング26の一端にはク
リツプ27が軸止され、板ばね28が挿着されて
クリツプ27の一端29は吐出部外表面に近よろ
うとする力があたえられている。前記表示環24
は吐出部外表面に形成された2つの突設環30の
間に嵌合され、たとえば吐出部が黒色のとき、こ
れと異なりよく識別できる黄色の色彩を有してい
る。第5図に吐出部23に嵌合した調節リング2
6の断面を示す。すなわち調節リング26の内部
には弾性体からなる環状ばね31が破設され、こ
の環状ばね31は内側に互に対向して突設した係
止リブ32と、このリブ32の形成された方向と
直角の方向に調節リングの外側に突出する互に対
向して一体に形成された押しボタン33を有して

第6図に示すようにタンク40に給油するときタ
ンク内の液面41まで給油しようとするときに
は、吐出部23をタンクの注入口42から挿入
し、吐出部の表示環24を前記の所定液面に合わ
せると共に注入口の縁部43を調節リングに軸止
されたクリツプ27で挾持して吐出部23を十分
に固定して給油すればよい。このような吐出部の
設定は調節リングを自在に吐出部の軸方向に移動
させて前記の設定ができる所定の係止ひだに係止
させればできるものであつて、このような調節リ
ングの移動は弾性体からなる前記環状ばねが内蔵
された本考案のリングでは力を要せずきわめて容
易に行なうことができるものである。すなわち押
しボタンを中心に向つて矢印(→)のように押す
とこれと直角をなす方向に矢印(〓)のように環
状ばねはたわんで、係止リブは係止ひだをはなれ
るので、調節リングをきわめて容易に移動させる

に一体に突設され前記調節リングに内蔵された弾
性体からなる環状ばねと、前記調節リングの一端
に軸止さればねによつて一端が前記吐出部外表面
に近よろうとする力を与えられたクリツプを具備
し、前記表示環が吐出部と識別可能な色彩にさ
れ、前記クリツプで受液容器の縁等を挾持して吐
出部を受液容器に固定できることを特徴とする給
