続された能動素子の駆動回路であつて、蓄電素子
と、前記蓄電素子に並列に設けられた第1の抵抗
素子と、前記蓄電素子の他端と前記電源との間に
設けられた第2の抵抗素子とからなる蓄電回路を
有し、前記蓄電素子の一端に最大レベルが電源電
圧に略等しい入力信号を印加し且つ前記蓄電素子
の他端に導出された信号を用いて前記能動素子を
駆動することを特徴とする能動素子の駆動回路。 (2) 前記蓄電回路の放電時定数は前記入力信号
の最大周波数分の1より大に選定されていること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載
の駆動回路。 (3) 前記第1の抵抗素子は可変抵抗素子である
