なりかつこの第一の孔より小径の第二の孔が形成
された硬質ゴムと、前記第一の孔と同形状に形成
されるとともに外周から中心に向かう径方向の切
込みを有してその中心部に前記索類が貫通し、前
記第二の孔より挿入されて前記第一の孔内に保持
される軟質材製のカバーとを有することを特徴と
