In the process, a desired design, pattern, etc. 3 is formed on a sheet of cloth, such as silk 1, to be sewn in a desired size, using a thread material 2. As the thread material 2 in this case, for example, gold thread, silver thread, etc. can be appropriately mixed and used, and the color of the sheet material 1 can be contrasted with the color to provide a clear contrast to satisfy the tastes of each person after completion. Although it is preferable to do so, it is not limited thereto. Further, the patterning with the thread material 2 may be done using a sewing machine such as an industrial sewing machine, and if a technique such as embroidery is adopted, a high quality product can be obtained.

In this state, the sheet material 1 is heated for several tens of minutes, and in some cases for several hours. In this case, it has been found that the pleat-like pattern produced in the sheet cord material 1 in the subsequent process can be better obtained by heating with hot water.

By doing so, the thread material 2 shrinks and deforms, and the sheet material 1 similarly shrinks and deforms accordingly, forming an irregular pleat shape. In this case, the pleats are completely irregular in that the pitch, the height of the ridges and troughs, etc. differ from place to place.

A large number of pleat-like patterns 7 are formed, which are soft and loosely wrinkled. Although it looks like a conventional shrunk weave, it has a unique style that is completely different from the shrunken weave, and is very good for fashion and interior design. In particular, the desired (or random) intersection of the many wrinkled pleats and the many thread materials 2 makes the style and texture even more outstanding.

In this embodiment, regular pleats 8, which have been widely adopted in conventional fabrics such as skirts (commercially available ones), are shown. ), then intersect the pleats with gold thread, silver thread, etc. and create a tli-made easy line 2. Even in this case, a pleat pattern 7 with a soft feel similar to the sheet material 1 obtained in the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 is produced.

Furthermore, it is suitable for interior decoration such as curtains and wall hangings. In particular, if it is used in clothing that has the fashion properties mentioned above, it will have a very fashionable property that is different from conventional shrink weaves, etc., and if silk is used as a sheet material, it will have a beautiful appearance and texture. This makes it possible to obtain an excellent product, which is also highly elastic.
