Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は塗料吐出口を長孔状に形成することを
基本として塗料を微粒化できかつ均一な薄い塗膜
を形成しうるようにした塗装用スプレーガンに関

を形成しうるようにした塗装用スプレーガンの提
供を目的とし、以下本考案の塗装用スプレーガン
がいわゆる遠隔操作によつて塗装の動作を行なう
自動スプレーガンとして採用された場合を例にと

図において本考案の塗装用スプレーガン1は、
その塗料ノズル2先端に小径の透光3aを多数一
直線上に並設することにより、その塗料吐出口3
を長孔状に細長く形成している。塗料ノズル2
は、円筒状の基部4の前端に、段差を介してより
小径の筒部5を設け、かつその前壁に半径方向に
左右に延びる突起6を連設してなり、又該突起6
には基部4の導孔9に連通する比較的小径の前記
透孔3aを密に並設することによつて塗料吐出口
3を形成している。塗料ノズル2には基部4の前
端に外フランジ部10が周設されるとともに、該
外フランジ部10には溝11が前後にわたり凹設
されている。又該塗料ノズル2はその基部4がケ
ース12の中心に透設される中心穴14に嵌入さ
れる。ケース12は胴部15と首部16とを有す
る段付円筒体であつて前記中心穴14の前端には
Oリング13挿入用の周溝が形設され、又首部1
6の外周には螺部が刻設されており、該螺部によ
つて空気キヤツプ17をロツクナツトを用いてか
つ首部16前面と間隙gを有して固定している。
なおケース12にはその中心穴14に塗料管連結
用の塗料ニツプル19が螺着され、又その胴部1
5の外周に圧縮空気導入用の空気ニツプル20が
取付けられるとともに、該空気ニツプル20はケ
ース12を挿通してその首部16前面にいたる案
内穴21が形成される。なお空気キヤツプ17
は、螺部の前面に円筒部を隔ててコーン部22を
設けかつその前板23に、前記突起6を小間隙を
隔てて挿通させうる長孔24を横長に設けること
によつて、前記突起6の外周と該長孔24内面と
の間で塗料吐出口3を囲繞する空気噴出口25を
前記塗料吐出口3に近接して形成する。なお空気
キヤツプ17のコーン部22基端には前記溝11
と同巾のキー溝26が形成され該キー溝26と前
記溝11との間にキー29を嵌着することにより
空気キヤツプの長孔24と突起6とを位置決めし
空気噴出口25を正しく塗料吐出口3の周囲に合
致させている。なおケース12には取付用のアイ

吹付け又は離型剤の塗付用等として好適に採用で
き、又自動スプレーガンの他ハンドガンとしても
採用しうる。なお塗料吐出口は前記実施例のごと
く小径の透孔を並置することにより形成する場合
のほか、例えば第4図aに示すようにスリツトを
用いて長孔状に形成してもよく又第4図bに示す
ようにかかる長孔を例えば放射状等に設けること
