In the case of such a container with a spout, it is desirable to have a small hole for ventilation in order to smoothly pour out liquid from the spout, but it is not recommended to have a ventilation hole that is always open and communicating. This type of container, which is used to store liquids such as drinking water, is not preferable because it has problems with liquid leakage and hygiene, especially when carried or tipped on its side. Therefore, in the above-mentioned container with a spout, it is desirable to provide a ventilation means for communication through the opening during pouring.

For example, in a bottle lid having a spout, the lid plate of the lid body that is fitted into the bottle spout is equipped with a ventilation means that communicates with the opening during pouring.
A top cover that covers the top of the spout in an openable and closable manner is rotatably and removably attached with an annular edge that fits into the filling port in the center of the lid body, and by rotating the top cover,
It has been proposed that the spout on the periphery of the lid body can be opened and closed, and that the ventilation holes on the periphery of the lid plate and the notch on the periphery of the top lid can be shifted or aligned. -11462).

However, in the case of the above-mentioned top lid rotation method, when the spout is closed, the peripheral part of the top lid only covers and blocks the top surface of the spout and ventilation hole in the lid body, and the state is completely sealed. is difficult to obtain, so if the bottle falls on its side,
There is a risk that the internal liquid may leak between the lid body and the top lid through the spout and the ventilation hole, and further leak to the outside. In other words, although this type of top lid rotating type can be used for lids on bottles with relatively small diameters, it is also used for relatively wide-mouth containers for storing drinking water, etc., especially cylindrical containers that are sometimes used for portable use. Containers with spouts cannot be used due to hygienic problems such as liquid leakage when tipped over.

In view of the above, the present invention utilizes the attachment of a closing member to the spout in a container having a cylindrical spout so that the ventilation hole can be opened and closed by rotation of the closing member, thereby dispensing liquid. In addition, when the spout is closed, the spout and the ventilation hole can be reliably maintained in a completely sealed state, and there is no risk of liquid leakage even when the spout is tipped on its side, making it suitable for portable use. The purpose is to provide a container with a spout for drinking water, etc.

Effect According to the present invention having the above-described configuration, in the closed state where the plug of the closing member fits into the spout,
The notch on the periphery of the mounting hole in the center of the cap is located at a position different from the notch on the fitting shaft of the closing member, and is blocked by the large diameter portions above and below the circumferential groove of the fitting shaft. Also, since the notch in the fitting shaft is also covered by the peripheral edge of the mounting hole, a sealed state is maintained. In particular, since the closing member is made of an elastic material, the fitting shaft portion elastically fits and tightly contacts the periphery of the mounting hole of the cap due to the elasticity of the material, thereby reliably achieving the sealing action. The closure can also be tightly fitted to the spout by elastic force. Therefore, even if the container falls on its side, there is no risk of the internal liquid leaking out from the fitting portion.

When pouring out the liquid inside, the plug fitted to the spout is released using its elasticity to open the spout, and the plug is moved around the fitting shaft with its elasticity. By rotating the cap at a required angle against the force of fitting, the notch on the cap side and the notch on the fitting shaft side can be aligned and communicated with the opening. If the dispensing operation is performed in this state, The above-mentioned notch portion serves as a small ventilation hole, allowing the liquid inside to be easily poured out.

When using the container constructed as described above, after removing the cap 3 and storing a liquid such as drinking water through the upper opening 2 of the container 1, the cap 3 is attached to the opening 2 and the spout 4 is closed. Closing member 6
It is closed by fitting the plug 7. At this time, the notch 15 formed on the peripheral edge 11 of the mounting hole 8 in the center of the cap 3 and the notch 14 formed on the fitting shaft 9 of the closing member 6 for the mounting hole 8 are in shifted positions.
Therefore, the notch 15 is closed by the upper and lower large diameter portions 9a and 9b of the circumferential groove 12 of the fitting shaft portion 9, and the notch 14
is closed at the peripheral edge 11 and maintains a sealed state. In particular, since the closing member 6 is made of an elastic material, the fitting shaft portion 9 elastically fits tightly against the cap 3 due to the elasticity of the material, thereby reliably achieving the front sealing action. Body 7 also spout 4
A tight fit can be achieved by the elastic force. Therefore, even if the container falls on its side, there is no risk of the internal liquid leaking out from the fitting portion.

When pouring out the liquid inside, the spout 4 is opened by removing the plug 7 fitted to the spout 4, and the plug 6 is moved to the fitting shaft 9.
The notch 15 on the cap 3 side and the notch 14 on the fitting shaft 9 side may be aligned by rotating the cap 3 by a required angle against the elastic fitting force. , 15 can be opened and communicated with each other, and this becomes a small ventilation hole. If the container 1 is tilted in this manner and the pouring operation is performed, the notches 14, 15
Air flows in through the small ventilation holes to promote a smooth flow of fluid, and even if the diameter of the spout 4 is small, the fluid can be poured out easily. In addition, at this time, the closing member 6 moves so that the closing body 7 moves away from the position of the spout 4 and faces to the side. Moreover, due to the elasticity of the material, the closing member 6 maintains the state facing to the side and pours out. It does not interfere with operation.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the notch that becomes the small ventilation hole can be opened and closed by rotating the closing member by using the attachment of the closing member to the spout, and when pouring out liquid. The ventilation holes formed by the notches can be made to communicate with each other, making it easy to pour out liquid even if the spout has a relatively small diameter.Furthermore, when the spout is closed, the notch can be kept in a sealed state, and the closing member can be closed. The fitting part for installation and the spout can be reliably held in a sealed state, and the inside of the container can be almost completely sealed, so there is no risk of liquid leaking if the container is tipped over, and the stored liquid can be stored in a sanitary manner. Can be protected.
In addition, due to the elasticity of the material of the closing member, even if the container diameter is relatively large or the spout is protruding into a cylindrical shape, the fitting of the closure to the spout, the removal operation, and the rotation of the spout can be prevented. Movement operations can be performed easily without any problems. Therefore, the present invention is highly suitable for use as a portable beverage pot or other container with a spout that may be used in a portable manner. It also looks good and has excellent design effects.
