尚、図面中１は真空槽、５，６はマグネトロン
カソード、１０，１１はガス供給管、１２は搬送
ベルト、１３，１４はターゲツト、１５はホルダ
ー、１６はガラス板、１８，２１は金属酸化物層
、１９は貴金属層、２０は金属層である。

熱線反射機能を有する貴金属からなる第２層と、
金属からなる第３層と、金属酸化物からなる第４
層とをスパツタリングによつて順次積層形成した
熱線反射ガラスにおいて、前記金属酸化物からな
る第１層および第４層のうち少くとも一方を金属
と酸素との化学量論比において酸化が不十分な金
属酸化物によつて構成したことを特徴とする熱線
