ベルト、13,14はターゲツト、15はホルダ
ー、16はガラス板、18,21は金属酸化物層
、19は貴金属層、20は金属層である。

熱線反射機能を有する貴金属からなる第2層と、
金属からなる第3層と、金属酸化物からなる第4
層とをスパツタリングによつて順次積層形成した
熱線反射ガラスにおいて、前記金属酸化物からな
る第1層および第4層のうち少くとも一方を金属
と酸素との化学量論比において酸化が不十分な金
属酸化物によつて構成したことを特徴とする熱線
