PURPOSE:To improve the maintainability of an air conditioner by conducting the inspection and repair of respective equipments within a main body casing by utilizing an indoor air suction port opened directly above an inspection port provided on the ceiling surface and an interior inspection window provided on the side thereof. CONSTITUTION:An indoor air suction port 31 communicating with an indoor air suction chamber 43 is opened on the bottom wall of a main body casing A so that the indoor air suction port 31 is positioned directly above an inspection port 46a formed on a ceiling surface B, and an interior inspection window 45a is provided on the side thereof. An indoor circulating air filter 35 and an exhaust air filter 41 can be derived from the indoor air suction port 31. A waste heat recovering heat exchanger 36 and a supply air filter 40 can be derived from an interior inspection window 45a in the state where an inspection lid 45 is opened. A supply air blower 42 and an exhaust air blower 37 can be inspected in the state where a heat exchanger 36 is derived.
