きず、長年の使用を必要とする電動機には不向き
ではあつた。又、ブラケツトのハウジングの絞り
部の径より大きいオイルキヤツプを取付けようと
する場合、オイルキヤツプに爪片を設けたり、ビ
スやリベツトを利用してブラケツトに取付けるに
は固定子が邪魔になつて困難であり、溶着や接着
しなければならず、この場合、強度が十分に得ら

助部材を利用して取付けることを特徴とし、オイ
ル保有量を十分に確保して長年の使用に耐え得る

内側軸方向に突出したハウジング3が一体形成さ
れた椀状のブラケツト、4はブラケツト1と開口
端縁が互いにフランジ接合するとともに自己の係
止爪5,5でブラケツト1に固着される椀状のモ
ータカバーであり、金属板の絞り成形品からな
り、底面に回転子挿通孔6が設けられている。7
はブラケツト1及びモータカバー4の側壁に外周
が圧入保持される固定子、8はハウジング3内に
圧入される円筒状の軸受であり、外周にアーチ状
の溝9が複数個設けられている。10は軸受8に
回動自在に支持される軸、11は軸10に固着さ
れ、ハウジング3の外周で、且つ固定子7の内周
に配置される回転子、12は第2図に示すように
小径部13及び大径部14を有する有段の筒状部
材からなり、小径部13がブラケツト1のハウジ
ング3の前段絞り部2に圧入され、大径部14が
外側軸方向に突出して配置され、段部15がブラ
ケツト1に当接する補助部材、16は補助部材1
2の大径部14の外周に圧入される有底筒状のオ
イルキヤツプであり、開口端縁のフランジがブラ
ケツト1に当接するようにしてある。17,18
は含油フエルト又はセルロースフアイバーと潤滑
油とを混合させたウイツク状潤滑材等の軸受潤滑
材であり、互いに接触し、潤滑材17の一部が軸
受8と接触した状態にてオイルキヤツプ16内に

保有量が十分に確保でき、長年の使用に対しても
軸受8が油切れによる焼付きを起こす虞れがな
く、冷凍空調機などに使用されるフアンモータの
ように長寿命が要求される電動機に適している。
又、オイルキヤツプ16は補助部材12を介して
ブラケツト1に強固に外付けされるので、電動機
組立の最後に取付ける場合にブラケツト1内部の
固定子7が邪魔になることもなく、簡単に取付け
