The above-mentioned flue heat exchange device has already been proposed by the applicant in Japanese Patent Application No. 51-13521, and its feature is that it is inserted from the outside into the inside through the flue wall in the middle of the flue. A group of water tubes whose insertion depth can be freely adjusted in size by a drive device installed outside the flue is provided, and the group of water tubes is designed to allow water to circulate inside the tubes and to connect it to the flue exhaust heat. Steam is generated through heat exchange, and the steam is collected in an external air-water cylinder. The water tube group of this flue heat exchange device has a large number of rows installed in the flue along the flue gas flow so that the insertion depth can be adjusted, but the flue gas is hot on the upstream side and downstream. As the temperature decreases as you go to the side, the upstream water tube group receives a large amount of heat, while the downstream side receives less heat, so if the same amount of water is supplied, the upstream side becomes empty and the kiln becomes empty, causing the water tube group to overheat. This may cause damage to water pipes. It has the following drawbacks.

This invention eliminates such drawbacks and is characterized by dividing the water tube group of the above-mentioned device into each block and each water tube row, and supplying water in an amount commensurate with the amount of heat received by each block.

FIG. 1 is an overall view showing the invented flue heat exchange device. Reference numeral 1 is a flue, and 2 is a group of water pipes installed in parallel, with a small-diameter water supply pipe 2' inside and a recovery pipe 2' on the outside, which carries water from the opening at the lower end of the water supply pipe.
It has a double-pipe structure in which the gas is circulated and exchanged with the exhaust gas in the flue to generate some steam in the recovery pipe, which is then recovered in a connected external air-water cylinder. Each header 3, 4 is provided horizontally at the top of each of the water supply pipe 2' and the recovery pipe 2'', and each header 3, 4 is located between the air and water cylinder 5 installed outside the flue. They are installed so as to communicate through a plurality of connecting pipes 6 and 7.The headers 3 and 4 are connected to a drive device 9 provided on a gate-shaped support 8 constructed above the flue 1.
It is suspended by a chain 10 so as to be able to move up and down within the flue 1, and by driving the drive device, each header 3, 4 and the water tube group 2 attached thereto are raised or lowered to move the flue 1 up or down. By adjusting the heat transfer area exposed to the exhaust gas inside, that is, the insertion depth,
Heat exchange is performed between the sensible heat of the exhaust gas and the water in the water tube group 2, and a portion of the steam is obtained in the recovery tube. In the figure, 11 is the main water supply pipe, 12 is the main recovery pipe,
13 is a pipe joint, and 14 is a water supply pump.

In the above device, the water tube group inserted into the flue receives different amounts of heat on the upstream and downstream sides of the flue. FIG. 2 is a diagram showing this invented water tube group. 2 is a group of water pipes; pure water from the water supply pump 14 is guided from the main water supply pipe 11 through the header 3 to the group of water pipes, where it partially turns into steam, and then flows from the header 4 to the main recovery pipe 12.
It passes through the air and water cylinder 5. Such water pipe group 2
In the figure, A is the first block water pipe group, B is the first block water pipe group, and B is the first block water pipe group.
C is the second block water tube group, and C is the third block water tube group. Each of the water tube groups 2 is provided with a header at the top thereof to gather them together to form a water tube row 15,
Several rows of water tubes join together to form one block. 16 is a block water supply pipe that supplies water to each block, and 17 is a water tube array water supply pipe that supplies water to each water tube row. Orifices 18 and 19 having respective opening degrees are provided in the block water supply pipe 16 and the water tube array water supply pipe 17. The degree of opening of this orifice 18 is determined by the amount of heat received by each. That is, it is calculated based on the exhaust gas temperature, flow rate, and heat exchange area of the flue, and the A block on the most upstream side of the flue is supplied with the most amount of water, and the amount of water supplied to the C block on the most downstream side is adjusted to be the least amount.

Furthermore, the opening degree of the orifice 19 in each water tube row was adjusted by further adjusting the opening degree of the orifice 18 in each block, and the opening degree was adjusted so that more water was supplied to the most upstream side of each block and less water was supplied to the downstream side. As described above, in this devised flue heat exchange device, water is supplied in an amount corresponding to the amount of heat received by each water tube group, so overheating of the water tube groups or excessive water supply does not occur, and an average amount of steam can be obtained. It has many effects of effectively and stably recovering exhaust heat from the flue.
