して印字制御を行う印字制御器とを有する構成である。

ため1通常の印字である第5図の様なドツト間の詰った
印字の中に間引き文字が印字されると薄い文字として強
調されることになる。つまり通常の状態の印字が濃い様
な転写型のプリンタなどにおいては、2度打ちなどによ
る重ね印字では濃淡が出ないので、印字を濃くするので
なく薄く印字することによって濃淡を出し、文字を強調
するものである0間引きの方法としては、他に第3図、
第4図に示す様な縦1列ごと、横1列ごとに間引きする
方法などが考えられる。また、一様な間引きでは、文字
の点がぬけたりして読めなくなる様な文字は、別パター
ンとして記憶しておくようにすればよい。
