【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はバス等の車輌用扉を電動にて開閉せし
める装置において、非常時にその駆動伝達経路を
断ち、手動操作にて車輌用扉の開閉を行い得る様
にすると共に、扉の開閉角度の調節を極めて簡単
容易に行わしめることが出来るようにした車輌用
扉の開閉装置に関するものである。

ば昭和56年特許出願公開第53919号公報にみられ
る様に、駆動モーターの駆動軸と接合せしめた回
転軸にウオームギヤを有せしめ、該ウオームギヤ
と噛合するウオームホイールと、該ウオームホイ
ールに一体的に形成せしめた小歯車と噛合する大
歯車を介して扉開閉用のリンク等に連結する出力
杆を回動せしめる様に成さしめ、一方前記駆動軸
と回転軸の接合部を摺動自在に成すと共に前記ウ
オームギヤの両端面を皿バネ等によつて押圧を作
用せしめる様にして回転軸を定位置に静止せし
め、該回転軸に摺動によつて駆動モーターの回動
を停止せしめるためのリミツトスイツチを押圧す
るドツグを形成せしめた機構、並びに前記大歯車
を支持する支軸に先端部を圧縮コイルスプリング
等にて円周方向に押圧された腕を回動自在に取付
けせしめ、該腕に前記ウオームホイールと小歯車
を支持する軸を取付けし、又腕の先端部に本体に
回動自在に支持された断面略半月状のカム軸に外
接する円と正方形の複合形状の孔を形成せしめ、
前記カム軸の平面部にねじりコイルスプリングの
一端を係止せしめる様にした機構のものが知られ
ているが、かかる機構においては歯車の数を最小
限にして機構上の簡易化を図ることが出来ると共
に装置全体を非常にコンパクトに設計することが
出来、又前記カム軸の平面部にねじりコイルスプ
リングの一端を係止せしめる様に成さしめている
ので、カム軸の回動によつてウオームホイールと
ウオームギヤの噛合、解除を操作して扉の自動、
手動開閉の切換えを簡易に行わしめることが出来
るとしても、扉の開閉動作の終了時には支軸の上
端に取付けしめたカムがリミツトスイツチを押
圧、駆動モーターの電源回路を開回路に出来る様
に成つており、この構成を扉の開閉角度の調整に
使用すれば、扉の開閉角度の調節はかかる開閉装
置の主をなす出力軸(支軸)の様な比較的大径の
軸部の締付の弛緩を行わねばならず、極めて労力
を要すると共に、微細な調節が困難である等の欠
点を有していた。

らしめて、非常時における手動操作にて車輌用扉
の開閉を簡易に行なわしめると共に、扉の開閉角
度の調節を極めて簡単容易に行なわしめる様にし
て上記欠点を解消せんとしたものにして、以下本
考案実施の一例を図面に基づいて説明すると、 1は車輌用扉の開閉装置本体であつて、その基

ームギヤ6の先端面とベアリング9間及びウオー
ムギヤ6の後端面ベアリング9′間にコイルスプ
リング10,10′を圧入してウオームギヤ6を
定位置に静止せしめている。

うには切換レバー32の逆回動にてクラツチ17
とクラツチ19が噛合して自動の状態となるので

ームホイールを噛合せしめ、一方前記出力軸の下
端に固設した腕杆の一端に小さな透孔を貫設せし
め、該透孔に陥入する突起を有せしめた長レバー
の他端に短レバーを枢支せしめ、短レバーの他端
をカム軸の下端に固設せしめ、該カム軸の上端に
カムを設けると共に該カムにリミツトスイツチを
対設せしめたことを特徴とする車輌用扉の開閉装
置。
