。On the other hand, some furniture items have traditionally been manufactured and sold in which a glass plate is placed on top of a sandwich plate on the surface of the furniture item. However, in such furniture, the glass plate and the 12-plate are not in close contact with each other, and it is not always possible to clearly see the wood grain on the surface of the sandwiched plate through the glass plate.

The use of a sheet stuck to the board is advantageous because it prevents the sandwiching board from fraying (waving phenomenon) and prevents the board from being damaged during handling. The backing material used in the present invention may be any conventionally used material, specifically,
Examples include sheet-like materials such as nonwoven fabric, Japanese paper, kraft paper, resin-impregnated paper, cloth, felt, flocked hair, and plastic. The backing material varies depending on the material and purpose, but usually weighs 20
~zooog/- is used. The bonding between the plate and the backing material is usually carried out by a hot press method using a thermoplastic adhesive, and this method is preferable because it allows easy adjustment of the moisture content of the sandwich plate. The door backing sheet may be applied to the glass/72 plate/glass laminate as an alternative to the end panels.

For plate glass/pinch plate backing sheet laminates, any transparent material may be used as long as it is capable of adhering the plate glass to the transfer plate or final plate backing sheet through press forming of the present invention (described below). Examples of materials for the adhesive film include polyolefin, ionomer, and nylon-1.
The thickness of the film varies depending on the type of material board, the adhesive ability of the film, etc., but is preferably about 3A to 160μ. On the other hand, liquid adhesives include, for example, acrylic emulsion adhesives, which have a relatively low viscosity (approximately 2000 cp) so that uniform application is easier.

特徴とするものである。That is, the method for producing plate glass/dredged plate/plate glass of the present invention includes the following steps:
Preferably, plate glass that has been previously treated with a primer is laminated with an adhesive film or liquid adhesive interposed therebetween, and then the laminate is placed in a hot press machine, and a cushioning material is preferably placed between the laminate and the hot plate. After heating and pressing with the same pressure, the temperature is preferably room temperature or slightly higher (e.g., about 40 to 60°C).
) until it cools down to 4! It is a sign. In addition, the method for producing a glass plate/board backing sheet of the present invention includes laminating a plate glass, preferably treated with a primer in advance, on the surface of the planing plate side of the corrugated board backing sheet via an adhesive film or liquid adhesive. Then, the laminate is heated and pressed in the same manner as above, and then pressed at the same pressure until cooled to an appropriate temperature, preferably room temperature or a slightly higher temperature (for example, about 40 to 60°C). t-

Hot press molding is carried out under conditions of 10 minutes, then cooled while maintaining the same pressure, and when the temperature has dropped to an appropriate temperature, preferably room temperature or slightly higher (e.g. 40 to 60°C), the press pressure is released and the molding is completed. It is necessary to carry out lamination molding by taking the laminated product out of the press machine. In this case, under the above press forming conditions, a laminate product that is free from defects and damage and is stable over time can be obtained.
If the press pressure is set to a low pressure of less than 3 kg/-, the air between the broken plate, etc. and the plate glass may not be sufficiently removed;
If a press pressure higher than kv- is set, the YQ plate etc. will be damaged due to the pressure of the melt of the adhesive film. In addition, if the press temperature is set at a low temperature of 120 to 130°C, the sheet glass and the adhesive film will naturally peel off after a long period of time after forming. In the case of manufacturing, it is preferable to carry out hot/cold press molding by keeping the press pressure t the same as above and setting the press temperature to, for example, 120 to 130°C.

(because it will) is preferable. The brimer treatment in this case, for example, using a nylon-12 adhesive film, is carried out by applying a silane coupling agent as a primer to the surface of the glass plate and drying it.

It is necessary to appropriately select the film and adjust the press molding conditions accordingly, so that the laminate has the desired finish.

A parallel laminate of constant thickness is thus obtained. In addition, even when liquid adhesives (e.g. vinyl acetate resin adhesives or acrylic resin adhesives) are used instead of adhesive films, uniform application of the adhesive allows the front and back surfaces of the laminate to be bonded to the sandwich plate. can be kept parallel. Also in this case, the same excellent design effect as above can be obtained.

As shown in FIG. 4, the press molding was performed under the same press forming conditions as in Example 1 (however, if the backing material of the sheet 5 is kraft paper, the pressing time was 5 to 7 minutes). (If the material is felt, the pressing time is 10 to 12 minutes), followed by pressing while maintaining the same pressing pressure until the laminate cools to room temperature, and then pressing. The pressure is released and the formed plate glass I plate backing sheet laminate 5 is taken out.

Therefore, compared to conventional similar decorative materials, the laminated product of the present invention allows the grain of the sandwich plate to be more clearly seen, and is superior to conventional products in terms of transparency, gloss, solidity, color tone, etc. It has a unique elegance and taste. Further, the plate glass/slip plate/plate glass laminate of the present invention has a uniform thickness, and the inner plate is always kept parallel to the front and back surfaces of the laminate.
