本考案は金型鋳造装置における製品押出しプレ

従来、金型鋳造装置においてダイベースの背面
側に製品押出し機構を内蔵させる場合、製品押出
しプレートは取付け板にボルトで固着していた

レートを取付け板から取外さなければならないた
め取付けに手間がかかり、しかも、製品押出しプ
レートがダイベースの背面側に内蔵されているう
えに周囲が注湯熱によつて熱せられるために作業
し難く、また、熱膨張の繰返しによるボルトのゆ
るみも多く、特にターンテーブル上に単一ステー
シヨンを複数基載置してステーシヨンマシン化し
たときには取付け、取外しに時間がかかり、生産
性が著しく阻害されるなどいろいろな問題があつ

本考案は前記のような問題点を解決した金型鋳
造装置における製品押出しプレートの取付装置を
目的として完成されたもので、以下、本考案を図

ト4が支持筒5を介して摺動自在に嵌挿されてい
る。また、該固定側のダイプレート1及び可動側
のダイプレート4の前面には金型模型6付のダイ
ベース7が添装され、該ダイベース7は前記ダイ
プレート1,4にそれぞれ挿通されて後端の雄ね
じ部にナツト8を螺装したL字ボルト9のフツク
部9aに把持されて該ダイプレート1,4にそれ
ぞれ取付けられている。10は取付フレーム2の
背面に取付けられた開閉シリンダで、取付フレー
ム2を貫通して取付フレーム2の前面に突出した
該開閉シリンダ10のピストンロツド10aの先
端には可動側のダイプレート4が固着され、該開
閉シリンダ10の作動により前記可動側のダイプ
レート4はガイドロツド3に沿つて摺動移動でき
るようになつている。11は固定側のダイプレー
ト1の背面に取付けられた製品の押出しシリンダ
で、ダイプレート1を貫通して該ダイプレート1
前面に突出した前記押出しシリンダ11のピスト
ンロツド11aの先端には取付け板12が固着さ
れている。そして、この取付け板12にはその一
側縁部すなわち下側縁部に先端が内向きのフツク
部に形成された固定のクランプ爪18を適当数設
けるとともに他側縁部すなわち上側縁部には浅い
切欠14aと深い切欠14bよりなる2個の段付
切欠14を相互間に支持部13を残して設けてあ
り、各段付切欠14内にはそれぞれ製品押出しプ
レート取付用のクランプ爪16の基部を介入させ
て前記支持部13に中間が支持されるように両段
付切欠14に横架された枢軸15に摺動自在に枢
着し、このようにして各クランプ爪16はその基
部が前記浅い切欠14a内にあるときは基端縁が
該浅い切欠14aの底部に当接して枢動を阻止さ
れ、製品押出しプレート17が取付け板12にこ
のクランプ爪16と前記固定のクランプ爪18を
もつて保持されるが、各クランプ爪16を移動さ
せてその基部が前記深い切欠14b内にあるとき
は該深い切欠14b内においてクランプ爪16は
枢動されて両クランプ爪16,18による製品押
出しプレート17の保持が解かれるようになつて
おり、また、製品押出しプレート17の前面には
先端部を金型模型6のキヤビテイ面に突出した押
出しピン24が固着されている。19は固定側の
ダイプレート1に設けたガイド孔に摺動自在に嵌
挿されたガイドピンで、該ガイドピン19はその
先端が取付け板12に固着されている。21は固
定側のダイプレート1に設けた螺孔25に螺挿さ
れて回動により進退動する螺管状の当て部材で、
該当て部材21はロツクナツト23によつて常時
は固定側のダイプレート1に強固に締着される。
そして、この当て部材21にはストツパピン20
が摺動できるように嵌挿されていて該ストツパピ
ン20の基端は雄ねじ部として前記取付け板12
の所要個所に螺着され、また、該ストツパピン2
0の先端すなわち当て部材21の後端より突出す
る部分には雄ねじ部が形成されてこれに二重の調
節用ナツト22が螺装されている。すなわち、押
出しピン24は調節用ナツト22を当て部材21
の後面に当接させることによつて出過ぎが規制さ
れ、また、当て部材21の前面に取付け板12の
背面を当接させることによつて引込み過ぎが規制

The clamp claws 16 are slidably pivoted to the pivot shaft 15 which is horizontally supported by the stepped notches 14 so that the intermediate part is supported by the support part 13 by intervening with the clamp claws 16. の押出しを行う点は在来のこの種装置と同様であ
るが、製品押出しプレート17の取付け取外しを
容易に行うことができる点に本考案の特長があ
る。すなわち、図示するような製品押出しプレー
ト17が取付け板12に保持された状態におい
て、開閉シリンダ10を作動して型開きを行うと
ともに前記押出しシリンダ11を作動して製品押
出しプレート17を後退させ、次いで、木ハンマ
ー等をもつて段付切欠14のうち浅い切欠14a
内に基部があるクランプ爪16を枢軸15に沿つ
て深い切欠14bまで移動させたうえ該クランプ
爪16を取付け板12の後方に枢動させて製品押
出しプレート17を取付け板12から解放する一
方、L字ボルト9のナツト8をゆるめてフツク部
9aを外側に向けてダイベース7をダイプレート
1から解放する。その後クレーン等の吊具でダイ
ベース7とともに金型模型6及び製品押出しプレ
ート17を吊りあげて外方に取出す。このように
してダイベース7等を取り出したあと、製品押出
しプレート17及び金型模型6をダイベース7か
ら取外して新規の金型模型及び製品押出しプレー
トと取替える。次いで、新規の金型模型及び製品
押出しプレートを装着したダイベース7を再びク
レーン等の吊具で吊りながらダイプレート1の取
付面に沿つて降下し、ダイベース7がダイプレー
ト1の前面に突設した当て部材に当接するまで下
降すると、製品押出しプレート17は取付け板1
2と固定のクランプ爪18との間に自動的に挿入
されて製品押出しプレート17はその下端部が把
持されることになる。次に、L字ボルト9のフツ
ク部9aを内側に廻し、ナツト8を締めてダイベ
ース7をダイプレート1に固定する。然る後、ク
ランプ爪16を内方に枢動させたうえ枢軸15に
沿つて深い切欠14bから浅い切欠14aに摺動
移動させてクランプ爪16により製品押出しプレ
ート17を取付け板12に把持する。同様にして
可動側の金型模型等についても取替作業をし、金
型模型6及び製品押出しプレート17の取替作業
を完了する。なお、取付け板12と両クランプ爪
16,18との間に把持された製品押出しプレー
ト17はそれらとの間に若干の隙間が形成される
こととなるが若干の隙間は機能上問題ないことは
