In accordance with this purpose, there are containers in which the two substances to be mixed are stored separately in the same container and are combined immediately before use. On the other hand, syringes and 41M devices similar to syringes have been widely used as instruments for injecting liquids for a long time. However, syringes have limited containers and cannot inject a large amount of liquid at once. Additionally, conventional injection devices have the disadvantage that the liquid and needle are likely to come into contact with air during injection. Generally speaking, in order to facilitate the use of robots, there has recently been a demand for injection instruments that can be operated with simple actions, such as continuous or stepwise movement in a fixed direction. The present inventors have invented and separately proposed an injection device that overcomes the limitations and difficulties of the syringes described above and meets the above requirements. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] An object of the present invention is to prepare a solution or dispersion obtained by mixing two types of substances immediately before use, without quantitative restrictions and without exposing it to air. An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging body for mixing and pouring that can be poured into other containers with a simple action. Structure of the Invention [Means for Solving the Problems] Explaining with reference to the drawings, the mixed injection package of the present invention is a package for mixing and injecting two kinds of substances, As shown in FIG. 1, an injection device 1 is attached to a package 2, and the package 2 stores two substances 3 and 4 to be mixed during injection, separated by an easily removable seal 21. The injection device 1 has a hollow injection needle 11 with a sharpened tip and rear end, the middle part 12 of which is fixed to a fixed part 14 of a needle holder 13, and a plug 16 made of a soft material at the bottom. A stopper holder 15 provided with a stopper holder 15 is fitted into the needle holder 13 so as to be able to move forward in the axial direction of the injection needle 11, and the rear end of the injection needle 11 is inserted into the inside of the stopper 16. characterized by something. The container for making the package 2 is preferably formed by heat-sealing a flexible plastic film. What is shown in FIG. 1 is a bag formed in this way, with two
It is not only convenient for mixing and extruding seed materials for injection, but also easy and preferable for disposal after use. A similar bag can be made by laminating a metal foil, typically aluminum, with a heat-sealable inner surface. A blow-molded plastic product with heat-sealable properties on the inner surface can also be used. The easily removable seal portion 21 is preferably formed by part-coating the inner surface of the container with a heat sealant that is prone to cohesive failure, such as a rubber-based one. Simply, it may be formed by being held between clips. The injection needle 11 of the injection device 1 may be prepared by cutting off both ends of a commonly used metal hollow tube for needles. The needle holder 13 and the stopper holder 15 can be manufactured by molding materials selected from glass, plastic or metal. In general, plastic injection molded parts will be suitable. The plug 16 may be made of a soft material such as rubber. There may be many other aspects of the injection device 1 used in the present invention. For example, if it is not desirable for the tip of the injection needle 11 to protrude outside the needle holder 13 as shown in FIG. It is convenient to cover it with a cap (not shown). The relationship between the needle holder 13 and the stopper holder 15 is also different from the case where the front cylinder of the stopper holder fits inside the rear cylinder of the needle holder as shown in the figure, whereas the front cylinder of the stopper holder fits inside the rear cylinder of the needle holder. It may be located on the outside of the rear cylinder. [Function 1] As shown in FIG. 1, in a typical example of the packaging for mixing and injection of the present invention, a liquid serving as a solvent is filled as the substance 3 to be mixed, and a liquid serving as a solvent is added as the substance 4 to be mixed. It is filled with soluble powder and separated by a weak heat seal 21. By applying external pressure to this package 2, the weak heat seal 21 is peeled off, and the bag is kneaded or shaken to stir and mix the two types of substances, thereby creating a solution 5. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the tip of the injection needle 11 is stuck into the receiving container 6. When the stopper holder 15 is advanced toward the front of the needle holder 13, the injection needle 11, which is fixed to the needle holder, passes through the stopper 16 made of a soft material at its rear end and passes through the opening 22 of the package 2. reach within. In this way, the package 2 and the receiving container 6 are connected by the hollow injection needle 11, so that by applying pressure to the former, the solution 5 is injected into the latter. All injection operations can be carried out simply by successive actions in the direction from the package 2 to the receiving container 6. In addition, in order to apply pressure to the package 2 from the outside during injection, an appropriate injection aid (not shown) is used to apply pressure to the package 2.
It is preferable to inject the solution 5 with almost no remaining inside. Effects of the Invention By using the mixed injection package of the present invention, it is possible to dissolve or disperse two substances to be mixed immediately before use without exposing them to air, and to pour the solution or dispersion into another container. , can be done with simple actions. There is no limit to the amount that can be injected in one operation.
