【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、無限軌道を有する生鮮食品の冷凍機に関す
るものである。

従来、生鮮食品を冷凍する場合は、冷凍庫へ貯蔵するの
が一般的であるが、庫内の超低温で作業するのは、非常
に困難であり、又、冷凍時間が長時間となる為、鮮度が
落ちる欠点がある。

この発明は、短時間に生鮮食品を冷凍し、然も、冷気を

のである。今、これを図面によって説明すると、冷却さ
れた不凍液1を内蔵した槽2の上部両端に、軸受4によ
って回転軌道3を取り付け、軸受4の1ケ所の軸に原動
機6を直結する。無限軌道3の中央部は、不凍液1の内
部を通過する様に、押えロール6によって調箪する。今
、原動機6を回転させると無限軌道3は、不凍液の内部
を通過しながら元へ戻る。槽2の上部に露出している無
限軌道3の上に進行方行に内力じで生鮮食品を置くと、
生鮮食品は、冷却された不凍液1の内部を通過しながら
冷凍され、一方の露出部分より落下するので、覗納箱に
受ければ良い。原動機の回転は、生鮮食品の種類によっ
て、冷凍時間が変わるので、変速出来る様にするのが良
い。これを、繰り返す事により連続的に、冷凍する事が
出来る。
