- ピーク検出を行うコンデンサ及び抵抗を含む第
１のトランジスタ回路と、この第１のトランジス
タ回路のトランジスタのベース・エミツタ間電圧
ＶＢＥを補償するレベルシフト用ダイオードまた
はトランジスタと、第１のトランジスタ回路に流
れる電流を転送するカレントミラー回路を備え、
第１のトランジスタ回路のトランジスタの電流を
前記レベルシフト用ダイオードまたはトランジス
タに流すことを特徴とするピーク検波回路。
