接続パターンの一部をいずれか他方のシートのリ
ード端子に重ねて両者を接続するとともに、該接
続パターンの他部と前記いずれか一方のシートの
リード端子とを、前記ベースフイルムの一面に形
成したリード線にそれぞれ重ねてこれらを接続す
るようにしたことを特徴とするメンブレンスイツ
