位相となるように１台の変流器に挿入して１次巻
線とし、それぞれの電力機器の高電圧側から侵入
する外来ノイズを除去してそれぞれの電力機器の
部分放電を２次巻線に接続された部分放電検出ユ
ニツトにて検出する部分放電検出回路において、
それぞれの電力機器の接地線が、それぞれの電力
機器の漂遊容量の差により生じる電流差に対応し
て変流器に巻回されたことを特徴とする部分放電
