【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は荷台の起伏に対應して自動開閉する

が、これ等、ダンプカーの後扉の開閉は手動で行
うものが殆んどであり、土砂、或いは金属スクラ
ツプ、木片等の積載物を荷台から排出するに際し
ては後扉の係合を人力により解離させている。か
かる後扉の人力開放形式のダンプカー荷台装置に
あつては後扉の開閉の係合、解離に労力と時間と
を要し、極めて煩わしく、非能率的である。又時
としては後扉の解放錯誤のまま積荷の排出も生じ
兼ねない。後扉の人力解放における上記の如き問
題点を解決すべく、例えば特公昭47−3285号公報
に記載されている如き、後扉の開閉を荷台バケツ
トの起伏傾斜に対應して行うリンク機構を設けた

で突出させて設けられた各固定アームの先端部に
それぞれ取付けられた嵌合部分を上記各傾斜ガイ
ドに移動可動に嵌合させ、後扉の下方部分の両端
には上記各係合ピンにそれぞれ掛け止めされる係
合鉤を取付部の下方に後扉の余長部を存せしめて
それぞれ取付けて成り、上記嵌合部分が上記傾斜
ガイド内を後方に移動すると上記係合ピンに対す
る上記係合鉤の掛け止めが解放される構成を有し
ており、積載物を荷卸しするために荷台バケツト
を傾動させるとそれに応動して後扉が自動的に開
かれ、また荷台バケツトを復原されると後扉は閉

アーム5を後扉4に固設するに際しては、本図示
例の如く直角或いはそれに近い角度に固設する。
バケツト2の両側壁6の後端上部にはそれぞれガ
イド取付板7が設けられる。8はガイド取付板に
設けた長孔から成るガイドであつて、バケツト2
が水平状態に保持された時に後方に向つて上り傾
斜となるように設けられるが、その傾斜角度は積
載物の排出のためにバケツト2を傾斜させた時積
載物が落下を開始するときのバケツト傾斜角にお
いて前記ガイド8の軸線が水平線と略一致するよ
うに定める。9は後扉4の両端下部にそれぞれ内
側向けに設けた係合鉤で、その取付部下方には後
扉の余長部10を存在せしめる。その余長部10
の長さはバケツト2の傾動に基いて積載物によつ
て後扉4が後方に押され各アーム5の先端部に取
付られて各ガイド8にそれぞれ嵌合させられた嵌
合ピン11がガイド内を後方に摺動して後扉4の
最下端4′とバケツト2の側壁後端との接触点を
中心として後扉4が回動することにより上記係合
鉤9の先端がバケツト2の両側壁6の後方下部に
それぞれ横向きに設けられている各係合ピン12
の外周上辺への変位を容易にし得る長さであれば
良く、係合ピン12の設置位置により適宜に定め

動装置でバケツト2を傾動すると各ガイド8の軸
線はその傾斜が水平方向に達し、更には逆傾斜に
変化する。このため後扉4は積荷によつて後方に
押され前記ガイド8に摺動自在に嵌合されている
嵌合ピン11はガイド8内を摺動する。このとき
後扉4の下部余長端部4′はバケツト側壁6の後
端下部に接触し、その接触点を回転中心として後
扉4上部を後方向きに回動させる。かくて係合鉤
9の係合端は係合ピン12の周面を摺動し当該係
合ピンの上辺に至り係合が解かれ後扉4の下部が

ると共に、後扉の開閉がバケツトの傾動と合理的
に連動されるので操作員の失念による誤動がなく
