The present invention relates to a heat insulating floor panel in which a joint protrusion 6 and/or a joint groove 7 are formed at the joint portion between the surface material 1 and the frame material 2.
以下、この考案を実施例図によつて詳述する。 This invention will be explained in detail below using examples.

The frame material 2 is assembled using wood, particle board, plywood, etc. (Figure-a), and the surface of this material is covered with plywood, hard board, particle board. Attach the surface plate 1 such as (Figure-b). For installation, use adhesive or a combination of adhesive and nails. 8 is the middle crosspiece. Next, a heat insulating material 4 such as glass wool, slag wool, polyurethane foam, polystyrene foam, etc. is inserted and filled into the floor panel 3 (Fig.
c) After that, a cloth 5 such as a nonwoven fabric or a woven fabric is attached to the back side (Fig. d). The cloth 5 may be attached by applying a vinyl acetate adhesive to the frame material 2 and performing hot plate pressing or hot roll pressing. If it is a polyester cloth, it is difficult to adhere it with a vinyl acetate adhesive, so it is preferable to use staples together, but even with just a vinyl acetate adhesive, the adhesive will seep onto the surface of the cloth 5, so do not use the adhesive. Adhesion is possible due to the anchoring effect of
Note that when a nonwoven fabric is used, the adhesive permeates into the nonwoven fabric and has the effect of preventing peeling. Next, a joint protrusion (male) is placed at the joint between the surface plate 1 and the frame material 2.
6 and a joining groove (female seed) 7 is formed (Fig. e).
If the joining method is adopted, it goes without saying that joining grooves 7 will be formed on all side edges of the floor panel.

In addition, by attaching a cloth such as non-woven fabric or woven fabric to the back side, it is possible to prevent the insulation material from falling off and maintain the breathability of the insulation material. Another advantage is that it can prevent a decrease in thermal conductivity and maintain insulation performance semi-permanently. Furthermore, by using cloth instead of the backing plate, there is an advantage that the insulating floor panel can be provided at a very low cost.
