電鋳薄刃砥石。 (7) 上記複数の砥粒層は、それぞれ軸線方向の
中央部から両側部へ向けて、上記金属メツキ層内
の超砥粒の含有率が漸次低くなる砥粒層によつて
形成されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項又は第2項又は第3項又は第4項
又は第5項記載の電鋳薄刃砥石。 (8) 上記複数の砥粒層は、それぞれ軸線方向の
中央部から両側部へ向けて、上記金属メツキ層内
の超砥粒が漸次軟質となる砥粒層によつて形成さ
れていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第1項又は第2項又は第3項又は第4項又は第
5項記載の電鋳薄刃砥石。 (9) 上記複数の砥粒層は、それぞれ軸線方向の
中央部から両側部へ向けて、上記金属メツキ層内
の超砥粒の粒度が漸次小さくなる砥粒層によつて
形成されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項又は第2項又は第3項又は第4項
