Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 対向する透明基板間に液晶材料を封入する
と共に、該透明基板の表面にその基板間隔を均一
にする微粒子を敷設した液晶セルの構造において
、前記微粒子を複数個毎の小面積部分に区画し且
つその小面積部分間に間隔を設けて敷設したこと
を特徴とする液晶セルの構造。 (2) 複数個毎の微粒子は、円形あるいは多角形
の小面積部分に区画したことを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の液晶セルの構造。 (3) 各小面積部分内の微粒子は、平均ピツチ略
1mm以下で敷設したことを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載の液晶セルの
構造。 (4) 各小面積部分は、略100平方mm以下に区
画したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第1項ないし第3項何れか記載の液晶セルの構造
。 (5) 各小面積部分間の間隔は、略2mm以上とし
たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1
項ないし第4項何れか記載の液晶セルの構造。
