Claims (1)
同一の雰囲気中に配設される温度補償抵抗を流体
通路中に固定し、これらの抵抗を含んでブリツジ
回路を構成し、該ブリツジ回路が平衡するように
該ブリツジ回路への供給電流を制御することによ
り、該ブリツジ回路への供給電流値から流体の流
量を計測するように構成した熱線式流量計におい
て、前記熱線及び温度補償抵抗を流体通路内に突
出状態で保持するホルダと前記流体通路を構成す
る部材とを断熱構造をもつて結合したことを特徴
とする熱線式流量計。 (2) 断熱構造は、ホルダと流体通路構成部材と
の接触面に形成した空所であることを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の熱線式流量
