光板と反受光面側に配された防湿層とが透明な封
止樹脂層により相互に気密に固着された層状体と
この層状体の周縁部にシーリング材により固着さ
れた導電性の枠体とを備えたものにおいて、前記
防湿層がその厚み方向の少なくとも一部分に導電
層を備え、この導電層の周縁部がゴム弾性を有す
る導電性のシーリング材を介して前記枠体に導電
結合されたことを特徴とする太陽電池モジユール
。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のもの
において、防湿層が光透過率が5%以下になるよ
う厚みが調整された金属蒸着膜が被着されたポリ
エステルフイルムであり、金属蒸着膜を内側にし
て層状体が形成されたことを特徴とする太陽電池
モジユール。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のもの
において、防湿層がアルミニウム箔とポリエステ
ルフイルムとのラミネート材からなることを特徴
