る開口部を備え、該開口部の前方側を覆うガード
パネル及び下方側を覆うスライドと、前記ハブを
係止するロツク部材及びフリクシヨンシートとを
備えた上下ハーフケースから成る磁気テープカセ
ツトにおいて、前記スライドガードは前記下ハー
フケース外面に沿つてカセツト前後方向にスライ
ド可能でその左右両側にカセツト側壁に沿うよう
に立ち上つた側片部を有した垂直断面が略コ字状
のプレート部材であり、さらに前記両側片部の先
端に前記上ハーフケースの左右両側壁の内面と係
合する垂直断面Ｌ字状の係合部を連設したことを
特徴とする磁気テープカセツト。 (2) 前記係合部の先端は前記スライドガードの
外方に向つて傾斜したテーパ面に形成されている
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
