Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for an optical trap mechanism, and to narrow down a measurement space and to reduce the size by reflecting a radiant light beam from a projection several times by a right and a left wall through a front and a rear wall and preventing the reflected light from striking on a photodetector directly.
