【特許請求の範囲】 一定の大きさ以下に切断した塊状食肉素材を入れる型枠
を設けたモールド板と、該型枠の食肉素材を定容積・定
形状に切断するスライドカッターとを備えた成型装置、
及び該成型装置で定容積・定形状に成型した成型済の食
肉素材を型枠から取り出す取出装置から成り、 前記モールド板には1以上で構成する2群からなる貫孔
状の型枠を設け、かつ往復運動で前記2群の貫孔のうち
1群を有底にした場合に他群を無底にするように食肉素
材支持板を設置したスライド装置を備え、 かつ前記スライドカッターに有底状態の1群の型枠内に
入れた塊状食肉素材を切断するようにしたスライド装置
を備え、 さらに前記取出装置が無底状態の他群の型枠内に打抜具
を入れて食肉素材を取り出すスライド装置を備え、該ス
ライド装置の往復運動を前記モールド板とスライドカッ
ターのそれぞれのスライド装置の往復運動に合せ、前者
と後者のスライド装置をモールド板の無底状態側で稼働
する時と有底状態側で稼働する時とを交互に行うように
した塊状食肉素材の定容積・定形状切断装置。
