2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a compound lens is known in which a plurality of lenses whose opposing surfaces coincide with each other are cemented together to correct chromatic aberration and the like. On the other hand, in many cases, when combining multiple lenses whose opposing surfaces do not match, a lens holding frame is used and a washer or spacer is used in the gap between the lenses, even if multiple lenses are used close together. It was integrated by tightening the whole thing together, such as by inserting a. According to this, the structure of the lens holding frame including the final lens structure becomes complicated, and it not only takes time and effort to assemble;
Even when assembled as a unit, errors such as eccentricity are likely to occur, making it difficult to obtain satisfactory assembly accuracy.
Therefore, there is a problem in that very high processing precision is required in the manufacturing of the lens holding frame and in the assembly of the lens. On the other hand, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 52-37945 discloses a compound lens in which a combination of multiple lenses whose opposing surfaces do not match can also be bonded by providing a matching surface on the outside of the lens surface and bonding on that surface. Are known. According to this, the above-mentioned problem when integrating using a lens holding frame can be solved. However, on the other hand, there is a problem in that clouding tends to occur on lens surfaces facing each other across a gap. Further, there is a problem that it takes time for the adhesive to solidify, and furthermore, there is a problem that the adhesive tends to flow out toward the opposing lens surface side.

The present invention was made in order to solve the above-mentioned problem in a lens in which a plurality of closely spaced lenses whose opposing surfaces do not match are bonded with adhesive. The surfaces outside the effective diameter of a plurality of lenses whose surfaces do not match are formed to match, and the outer surface of at least one lens is formed in a radial direction extending from the inside of the effective diameter to the outside of the outer diameter of the lens. The compound lens is characterized in that a plurality of lenses are bonded together using an adhesive on the outer surface of the compound lens.

That is, according to the present invention, by providing a radial groove on the outer surface to be bonded with adhesive, which communicates the gap between the opposing lens surfaces with the outside of the lens outer diameter, the lens surface can be The effects of preventing fogging and promoting coagulation of the adhesive can be obtained. In addition, in the present invention, if an annular groove that goes around the outside of the effective diameter is provided on the surface formed to match, and the bonding is performed on the surface whose outer diameter matches rather than the annular groove, the adhesive can be applied to the lens surface. The problem of it sticking out to the sides can also be solved.

以下、本考案を図面に基づいて説明する。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained based on the drawings.

In the compound lens shown in Figures 1 and 2, the surfaces 1b and 2b outside the effective diameter of two lenses 1 and 2 whose opposing inner surfaces 1a and 2a of the effective diameter do not match are formed into a plane perpendicular to the optical axis. At the same time, the outer surface 1b,
2b are provided with grooves 1c, 2c leading from the inside of the effective diameter to the outside of the outer diameter of the lenses 1, 2, and the grooves 1c, 2c are aligned to form the outer surfaces 1b, 2b.
are attached with adhesive. That is,
The grooves 1c and 2c form a through groove that communicates the gap formed inside the effective diameter of the compound lens with the outside. This through groove prevents fogging on the lens surfaces 1a and 2a that form the void inside the compound lens, acts as a gas escape when the adhesive solidifies, and promotes solidification. It can also be used to blow air inside through the through groove to further promote solidification and thereby prevent the adhesive from flowing inside the effective diameter.

The compound lens shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 is formed by matching the outer surfaces 1b and 2b of the effective diameter of the lenses 1 and 2 with the extension surface of the inner surface of the effective diameter of the lens 1.
The outer diameter of lens 2 is made slightly larger than that of lens 2 to be the fitting outer diameter for the holding frame of the compound lens.
From the inside of the effective diameter only on the outer surface 2b of the lens 2
Grooves 2c that communicate with the outside of the outer diameter of the lens 1 are provided at three locations, and an annular groove 1d that goes around the outside of the effective diameter is provided on the outer surface 1b of the lens 1. This lens differs from the compound lens shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 in that the outer surfaces 1b and 2b are bonded together with an adhesive. In this compound lens, the annular groove 1d completely prevents the adhesive from entering onto the lens surfaces 1a, 2a within the effective diameter, and further prevents fogging on the lens surfaces 1a, 2a. , the coagulation of the adhesive is also promoted.

As is clear from the examples shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 and 3 and 4, the grooves 1c and 2c may be provided only on one side or in any number, and the annular grooves may also be provided so as to fit on both sides.

As described above, in the compound lens of the present invention, by providing a radial groove extending from the inside of the effective diameter to the outside of the lens outer diameter on the surfaces formed to match for adhesion, the inner This has the excellent effect of preventing fogging caused by solvents, etc., from forming on the lens surface where voids are formed, promoting the coagulation of the adhesive, and preventing the adhesive from flowing into the lens surface side of the effective diameter. can get.
