Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は真空バルブの可動軸の軸受け取付構造
を改良した真空バルブに関する。一般に真空バル
ブは内部を真空にした絶縁容器内に1対の電極を
収納し、この電極を真空保持状態で接離可能にす
るため金属ベローズを有して構成している。そし
て、このベローズは伸縮自在となる様に厚さ0.1
〜0.2mm程度の薄板でじや腹状に形成されている
ので、不規則的な方向への伸縮運動には弱く、真
空バルブを操作機構に組み込んで動作させる場
合、ベローズが直線運動をする様にベローズにつ
ながる可動軸を軸受けで支えて構成している。こ
の軸受けに沿つて可動軸が直線運動し、従つてベ
ローズを直線運動させることができるということ
から、この軸受けの持つ役割りは大きく、開閉動
作中にはずれたりせぬ様、その取り付けは、強固

はできないし、又、a寸法とb寸法を同一にする

を行なうことができるようにした真空バルブを得

即ち、押え板9の外周部であつて、互に90゜離間
した位置に夫々隣り合う2個の切り欠き部9a,
9bを設ける。この為この切り欠き部9a,9b
間には突出部9cが形成されることになる。そし
て押え板9と端板2a間は、図中の突出部9cに
記載した×印箇所で行なう。そして上記構成にお
いて、点溶接を行なうに際しては、予め点溶接機
の2電極の位置関係を所定の値に設定しておくこ
とにより、溶接点の位置決めを正確に行なうこと

実施例にあつては点溶接機の一方の電極を切り欠
き9d内の図示印に配置させ、他方の電極は押
え板9の突出部となる図示×印に当接することに
より、この×印部で押え板9と端板2a間を溶接
できる。この場合も第4図の実施例で説明した場
