The main girder uses ■-shaped or box-shaped girder materials, and is bridged between the flat parts on the piers. Afterwards, the bridge deck work will be carried out, but prior to this work, it is necessary to install a suspended scaffold for the safety of the construction and the road under the bridge. Conventionally, the method of assembling this suspended scaffold was There are roughly two types. One is the most primitive one, in which the necessary scaffolding materials are brought in on top of the main girder, a portion is assembled on top of the main girder, and scaffolding boards are placed one by one under the main girder. It is fixed to the main girder by hanging, and the scaffold boards are connected to each other. On the other hand, the second method of assembling the suspended scaffold is to attach the scaffold to the ground, as described in Shibu-Sho 53-41892. The entire width of the scaffolding is almost completed and these blocks are hoisted to a high place and secured to the main girder, and these blocks are connected vertically.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) Of the two construction methods mentioned above, the first construction method requires a high level of skill because the work is carried out exclusively by people skilled in working at heights. Traffic on these roads will be restricted. In addition, although the second construction method does not involve assembling scaffolding at high places, it involves occupying the entire width of the road for a long time on the ground, and it is difficult to hoist something over a vast area horizontally. Not only that, but this method is also unfavorable in terms of traffic safety as it occupies the ground for a long period of time.

While the above-mentioned 2m construction method occupies the road for a long period of time and causes obstacles such as traffic stagnation, we intend to develop a method of assembling suspended scaffolding that eliminates such hindrances and improves ease of work and safety. .

Next, the procedure for assembling a suspended scaffold according to the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. Piers 2 are erected on the ground road 1 at intervals of 30 to 80 m, and the above ground portion including the pillars of the pier is called a private zone and is closed to cars.

The deck plate that will serve as the road surface of the viaduct is installed on top of the main girder. Prior to the start of the deck work, two strips are placed on the underside of the main girder 4 at right angles to the main girder by the aerial work vehicle 11 in Figure 1. The rails 7 for lateral movement are arranged at intervals, and the rails 7
At least two T-tor blocks 6 are disposed on each rail so as to be movable. The spacing between rails 7 is 4 to 7.
Spelled as m. @2 Diagram is divided 2 below the horizontal movement rail 7 above.
.. 1io is brought in or assembled, and a divided scaffolding 10 having a width approximately half of the width of the floorboard is hoisted from the occupied zone below the center of the rail by a hoist wire 8. Split scaffolding 10
is assembled together with the side wall part (usually called morning glory) 9. Four hoist wires 8 are used to vertically move the divided scaffolding using two rails 7 and motor blocks 6 placed on each rail (Figure 3). Side wall part 9 of split scaffold during lifting
Before the upper end contacts the rail 7, pull the block 6 horizontally, move it horizontally on the rail 7, avoid contact between the side wall 9 of the U (Fig. 4) and lift it up, and use it as a suspended scaffold. Secure it to the main girder 4 in a predetermined position with a chain 5 etc. (
(Figure 5), the other half of the divided scaffold is secured in place as a hanging scaffold by the same procedure (Figures 6 to 9).
Finally, the centers of both scaffolds are connected using clamp fittings or split scaffolding to complete the assembly of the suspended scaffold. In the longitudinal direction of the main girder, the suspended scaffolds can be joined continuously to form a complete suspended scaffold. When the construction is completed, the hanging scaffold 10 is dismantled, but the dismantling method is the reverse of the above-mentioned assembly procedure.

(Effects) The above work process is carried out in areas including the pier legs that do not interfere with vehicle traffic on the ground, that is, in the private area that is often a median strip, and minimize work at heights. However, the installation of the lateral movement rails and mode levers placed below the main girder can be done in a short time using an aerial work vehicle, reducing the time that the aerial work vehicle occupies the road. The size of the split scaffolding is about half the width of the floorboards, so when lifting the split scaffolding, the area that will obstruct traffic is small, and even if the split scaffolding is assembled in a private zone, the area that will cause damage to vehicles is small. It's over. During lifting, the motor blocks are pulled sideways and the divided scaffolding is moved to the side, so the bottom of the divided scaffolding is approximately 5m above the ground, and the road below the side of the viaduct floor is opened, allowing for the lifting. The time required to secure the divided scaffolding to the rear main girder is shortened, and the time required for traffic regulation on the road can be shortened.

Therefore, compared to the conventional method in which a suspension scaffold extending over the entire width of the road is manufactured and lifted using the road under the viaduct floor, the time and range of vehicle traffic restriction on the road can be significantly shortened.

In this way, the present invention allows suspended scaffolding to be reliably installed at high places with easy work, and most of the work can be done within the occupied zone, and the work time is short and necessary. Therefore, there is no need to worry about harm to traffic on the ground, and there is no need to worry about the difficulties of horizontal maintenance means, lifting means, and high place fixing means when building and hoisting scaffolding over a wide area on the ground.
