Foams and fiber aggregates have come to dominate cushioning materials.

Among these, plastic foams lack orientation and crystallinity of the polymer substances that make them up, and are therefore weak in strength, making them suitable for use as underlay materials for floors in judo halls, gymnasiums, etc., where intense expansion and contraction stress is applied, and for physical education (77). Moreover, although it has a high level of cushioning properties, it is rather uncomfortable to step on, giving a feeling of discomfort. In this regard, fiber aggregates such as felt have appropriate cushioning properties, and the individual fibers that make up the fibers have the advantage of having crystallinity and orientation, but since they are dense aggregates of fibers, sweat It cannot be washed even if it gets soaked or becomes dirty, and since it is just an aggregate of short fibers, the aggregate state is easily broken, and once the fiber aggregate is broken, it cannot be returned to its original state. Poor durability.

The upper base fabric 2 and the lower base fabric 3 are arranged in parallel with a certain distance a, and the connecting threads 6 stand up at right angles from one base fabric and connect to the other base fabric. The upper base fabric 2 and the lower base fabric 3 are connected in a continuous zigzag manner back and forth between the upper base fabric 2 and the lower base fabric 3 toward the base fabric of the upper base fabric and the lower base fabric. Upright portions 61 of a large number of upright connecting threads 6
The gap a between the upper base fabric 2 and the lower base fabric 3 is filled, and each connecting portion 62 between the connecting thread 6 and the upper base fabric and the lower base fabric It is integrated into these base fabrics so as to be intertwined with them to form a part of those base fabrics, and the connecting yarn 6 has a single yarn thickness of 0.4 that has been subjected to a drawing process. It is composed of one or more plastic threads having a size of 10 to 10 (88 to 2,200 deniers).

The upper and lower base fabrics 2 and 3 can be manufactured by weaving or knitting a plastic monofilament yarn (200 denier) like a pile yarn. In this case, the cushioning material 1 is constructed by connecting the upper and lower base fabrics 2 and 3 with the connecting yarn 6, so the cushioning material 1 is constructed by connecting the upper and lower base fabrics 2 and 3 with the connecting yarn 6, so that the cushioning material 1 is connected in the middle between the two base fabrics 2 and 3, as in the case of manufacturing pile fabric. Do not cut yarn 6.
