所定の配送伝票の綴じ合わせ部分に伝票切取り
用ミシン目を有する複数枚の配送伝票を、それら
の端側辺の綴じ合わせ部分で綴り合わせるととも
に、最下位の配送伝票の綴じ合わせ部分の裏面側
に、配送伝票よりも上側辺および下側および下側
辺が大きく、しかも綴じ合わせ部分の反対側の端
側辺が短かいサイズからなり、かつ所定の面に粘
着剤と剥離紙とを有する透明シートを重ね合わ
せ、この透明シート部分を前記最下位の配送伝票
の裏面側に綴じ合わせ、かつ透明シートの前記最
下位の配送伝票の裏面側に接する短かい部分には
剥離紙を透明シートが展開されたときの裏面に接
着して設け、それに続く透明シートの長い部分に
は剥離紙を透明シートが展開されたときの表面に
接着して設け、かつこの長い部分を短い部分に対
し反転自在に折り重ねうるようにした伝票の表面
保護シート付配送伝票は実開昭57−177775号に記
載されているが、この形式のものは最下位の配送
伝票の粘着剤の表面に透明シートとは別個の剥離
紙を貼布する構造となつているために同配送伝票
の使用に際しては透明シートの配送伝票の上面へ
の捲返し作業のほかに最下位の配送伝票の粘着剤
塗布面よりの剥離紙の剥取り作業を必要とし用法

一枚ずつを任意にミシン目２入り部に於て切り離
し可能とした天のり９により数枚綴りの伝票本体
イの基端部の下面に於けるミシン目２入り部より
外側の個所に紙製貼止片３を接着のり８により剥
離不能に固定し、この貼止片３の下面に感圧接着
剤４を塗布すると共に当該貼止片３の下側に上面
に離型処理を施し下面に同処理を施さない上記の
伝票本体イより広幅で僅かに短い大きさの透明合
成樹脂フイルム製被覆片５を配し、これ等貼止片
３、被覆片５の基端縁を相互に剥離不能に貼合し
且つ同被覆片５の上面を上記の感圧接着剤４の塗
布面に剥離自在に被着し、更に当該被覆片５の先
端部の下面に感圧接着剤６を塗布し、この塗布面
に離型紙７に剥離自在に被着したことを要旨とす

５の上面を上記の感圧接着剤４の塗布面に剥離自
在に被着し、更に当該被覆片５の先端面に離型紙

て同被覆片５に塗布した感圧接着剤６により当該
被覆片５を商品または荷物の外面と伝票本体の表
側に貼着し、この貼着後もしくは上記の記入後に
各綴票１の遊端を摘持してこれを引くことによつ
てこれ等各綴票１を伝票本体イより切り離して所
要の部署に於て保管するようにし、然るのち商品
または荷物の発送を行う等の用法に供するもので

貼布片３の感圧接着剤４の塗布面が一挙に露呈す
るものであつてこれによつてこの捲返し作業のほ
かに剥離紙の剥取作業を不必要とするようにした
本考案の前記の目的を確実に達成し得る効果があ
