ン酸、ガム質、カゼイン、デキストリン、ゼラチン、ペ
クチン等が挙げられ、これらのうち1種又は2種以上が

過する。この操作を2回繰返し、ろ液を集めて約0.3

撹拌し均一な分散液としたものに毎回n−ブタノール3
001111を用いて3回抽出操作を行ない、抽出液を
集めて減圧濃縮乾固して淡褐色半固体のタンジンエキス
56qを得た。(収率28%) 製造例−3 タンジンの根500Qを厚さ約5mmにスライスし薄片
状とし、これに約60℃の湯2gを加えて30分間混合
fi拌抽出し、ろ過する。この操作を2回繰返し、ろ液
を集めて凍結乾燥し、淡褐色半固体状のタンジンエキス
205gを得た。(収率41%) 「発明の効果」 次に、本発明において使用されるタンジンエキスについ
て、その整肌効果を確認する為、ラットを用いて創傷治
ゆテストを行ない結果を表−2に示す。試験方法は下記
の通りである。

mは1日1回#J傷面積の測定と肉眼観察について行な
った。尚、各群の創傷面積(un)は10匹の平均値(
小数第2位を四捨五入)であり、冶ゆ率は下式により求
めた。
