After weakening with a neutralizing corotron, it is adsorbed with an absorption nozzle, peeled off from the photoreceptor drum, and transported to the next process.

For this reason, development occurs in which the toner on the transfer paper immediately after peeling is affected by the photosensitive drum and causes image disturbance, or development occurs in which the once peeled transfer paper is adsorbed onto the photosensitive drum again.

いる電荷の影響を受けるためである。 This is because the neutralized corotron only weakens the adhesion between the transfer paper and the photosensitive drum, and cannot eliminate the charge to the extent that the transfer paper and toner separate (excessive neutralization causes the toner to transfer back to the photosensitive drum). This is because both the transfer paper and the toner have an electric charge after being peeled off, and this is affected by the electric charge remaining on the photosensitive drum.

くすことはできなかつた。 As an example of the above-mentioned former measure, there is a known technique (for example, Utility Model Application No. 53-35034) in which the suction portion is retreated from the photosensitive drum to move the separated transfer paper away from the photosensitive drum. In this case, only the suction part is separated from the photosensitive drum, and the neutralizing corotron does not move.Even after the suction part moves, the opening wall of the shield of the neutralizing corotron is close to the photosensitive drum, so this part does not move. The transfer paper cannot be moved away from the photoconductor drum, and even if the suction part is moved back from the photoconductor drum to move the separated transfer paper away from the photoconductor drum, the negative effect on image quality caused by the electrostatic action of the photoconductor drum can be sufficiently eliminated. I couldn't do that.

ようとするものある。 The present invention was developed in view of the above, and includes a surface along the surface of the photoreceptor in the vicinity of the transfer paper peeling point of the photoreceptor surface of an electrophotographic copying machine, and a suction hole facing the surface of the photoreceptor on this surface. A suction peeling member provided with a suction peeling member and a corotron for peeling the transfer paper located upstream of the suction peeling member in the traveling direction of the transfer paper are integrated, and the corotron for peeling the transfer paper moves together with the photoreceptor. Both members are made to discharge while facing the paper, and
The leading edge of the transfer paper is moved in the moving direction of the transfer paper and in the direction away from the surface of the photoconductor while the leading edge of the transfer paper is attracted by the transfer paper suction hole, and the transfer paper and toner after peeling are free from the photoconductor. Some attempts have been made to provide a transfer paper peeling device that can eliminate the adverse effects of electrostatic action on image quality and also prevent the transfer paper from being re-adsorbed onto the photoreceptor.

This suction nozzle 1 is fixed to a support member 9 via an insulator 5. Further, on the support member 9, a neutralizing corotron 3 that is configured to discharge electricity while facing the transfer paper that is moved together with the photosensitive drum 8 is located upstream of the suction nozzle 1 in the direction of movement of the transfer paper; And it is detachably attached. The support member 9 is rotatably supported by a shaft 4, and at a predetermined timing by a known device (not shown), the lower surface of the suction nozzle 1 is opposed to the outer peripheral surface of the photosensitive drum 8 with a slight gap in the tangential direction. The conveyor belt 6 is configured to rotate from a position facing the conveyor belt 6 to a position facing the conveyor belt 6. The conveyor belt 6 has a plurality of strips, and the rotated suction nozzle 1 is inserted between the belts. There is a conveyance suction box 7 inside the conveyor belt 6, and the transfer paper is conveyed by the conveyor belt 6 while being attracted.

The transfer paper is rotated integrally in the running direction of the transfer paper, and the transfer paper peeled off from the photosensitive drum 8 is transferred to the conveyor belt 6.
handed over to. At this time, since the neutralizing corotron 3 also rotates in the traveling direction of the transfer paper along with the suction nozzle 1, the neutralizing corotron 3, which is being discharged while facing the transfer paper that has been moved along the photosensitive drum 8, , the discharge is subsequently applied to the part that has been peeled off by the suction nozzle 1. At this time, as described above, by rotating the neutralizing corotron 3 located upstream of the suction nozzle 1 in the traveling direction of the transfer paper together with the suction nozzle 1, the transfer of the neutralizing corotron 3 is performed. The downstream side of the paper in the running direction moves in a direction away from the photosensitive drum 8, and the space between the downstream side of the neutralizing corotron 3 and the photosensitive drum 8 becomes larger, and therefore the downstream side of the neutralizing corotron 3 of the transfer paper moves in a direction away from the photosensitive drum 8. Suction nozzle 1 on the part facing the side
Due to the rotation of the neutralizing corotron 3, it is separated from the photosensitive drum 8 by a large distance. As a result, the image quality of the transfer paper and the toner transferred to the transfer paper is no longer affected by the electrostatic action of the photosensitive drum 8, and the peeled transfer paper is not attracted to the photosensitive drum again.

Further, the rotation of the support member 9 should be performed in synchronization with the movement of the transfer paper, and a cam, a solenoid, or the like is used as a mechanism for this purpose.

れる。 Since the present invention is as described above, the portion of the transfer paper that has been peeled off from the photoreceptor can be directly discharged by the neutralizing corotron 3, and the downstream side of the neutralizing corotron 3 at the time of peeling is the photoreceptor. Since the part of the transfer paper facing this part can be separated from the photoreceptor by a large distance without being disturbed by the neutralizing corotron 3, the transfer paper and toner after peeling are free from the photoreceptor. It is possible to eliminate the adverse effect on image quality caused by electrostatic action, and to prevent the transfer paper from being re-adsorbed onto the photoreceptor.
