Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the recording capacity of an information recording medium by making the writing speed slower inside a specific track on a discoid recording medium than outside and recording information which is low in frequency of utilization. CONSTITUTION:A control part 31 reads the position of a head part 17 and its address out of a head control part 19 according to an address specified with an address signal 4 which is supplied externally and then judges the area of the address. クジェネレータ、29はヘッド部17のトラッキング等
のために必要なAF、AT制御部、31は本装置全体を
司る制御部である。
