It is closed by a front panel 4 provided with a grille 5 and an outlet grille 6. 8 is an air passage formed by a guide plate 9 in this main body 1, and
The air outlet 6 is connected to the air outlet 6, and the filter 7 and the heat exchanger 1 are sequentially connected from the suction grille 5 side to the air outlet 6.
1, a blower 14, and a wind direction adjustment plate 6. Reference numeral 22 supports the airflow direction adjusting plate 6 at the blowout portion, and is integrally provided with a drain receiver 12 located below the heat exchanger 11. Reference numeral 23 denotes a drain plate, which is provided with a drain guide plate 10 at the rear, is integrally formed with the drain outlet 24, and has a heat insulating material 25 embedded in its back surface. The connection pipe 21 and the drain hose 20 of the indoor unit configured in this way are taken out from the indoor unit by taking out the connection pipe 21 from the groove in the partition between the motor section and the casing section, as shown in Fig. 3. It was common to provide a drain outlet 24 with a drain hose 20 attached thereto.

急いで手配することになり非常に不評であつた。 In this case, as shown in FIG. 4, when the installation is performed using the standard installation plate 2, the space c26 surrounded by the standard installation plate 2 and the heat insulating material 25 is extremely small, so it is very difficult to pass the connection pipe 21 and the drain hose 20. Since this is not possible, if it is desired to install these by protruding them from the left side when viewed from the front, it is necessary to separately prepare a special installation plate 27. Also, in this case, even if the indoor unit is made thinner, the depth will be approximately 30 mm due to the special installation plate 27.
In addition to this, it was not possible to decide where the piping and drain hoses would come out from until it was time to actually install the product, so special installation plates other than the standard equipment had to be hastily arranged, which was very unpopular.

In many cases, an outlet is attached at a distance of 0 to 15 cm, and in any case, the current situation is that these cords are forced into the space d27 below the motor, which is a small space inside the main unit.

のである。 This invention was made in consideration of these points, and by making a part of the casing at the bottom of the air outlet from a heat insulating material such as styrofoam, it is possible to maintain the indoor unit in a thin shape without changing the dimensions of the conventional unit. The connection piping and drain hose can be taken out from the left side, and the remote control cord and power cord can also be stored at the bottom of the blow-off louver.

Reference numeral 1 denotes an indoor unit body of an air conditioner, which is made of synthetic resin and has an opening on the front side, and has an installation plate 2. It is installed on wall surface 3. Reference numeral 4 denotes a front panel that closes the front opening of the main body 1, and a suction grill 5 and an outlet louver 6 are provided on the upper and lower sides, respectively. A filter 7 is inserted and supported on the back surface of the suction grill 5 of the front panel 4. 8 is the above-mentioned suction grill 5
An air passage 9 communicates with the blow-off louvers 6, and 9 is a rear guide plate of this air passage 8, and an air receiving portion 10 projecting rearward is integrally provided on the lower back surface of the air passage 8. Reference numeral 11 denotes a heat exchanger, which is disposed on the air passage 8 on the side of the suction grill 5. Reference numeral 12 denotes a drain plate provided at the lower part of this heat exchanger 11, and a front guide plate 13 is integrally molded on the lower side. Reference numeral 14 denotes a blower, which is disposed in the air passage 8 between the rear guide plate 9 and the front guide plate 13. Reference numeral 15 denotes a lower guide section made of a synthetic resin heat insulating material such as styrofoam, whose inner surface is formed by a continuous curve from the rear guide plate 9, and whose front end reaches the blowout louver 6 of the front panel 4, and which is connected to the rear guide plate. 9 constitutes an air passage 8, and the main body 1
A partition part 29 is formed so as to come into contact with the lower front end surface 16 of the partition part 29, and its upper end is fixed to the rear guide plate 9 by adhesive or the like, and further extends to cover the outer wall surface of the exposure receiving part 10 which extends rearward. A portion 28 is formed. 17 is a space a, which is formed by the lower guide plate 15, the partition part 29 and projecting part 28 of the lower guide plate, and the lower surface part 18 of the main body 1. Reference numeral 19 denotes a space b, which is formed by the partition part 29 of the lower guide part 15 that is in contact with the lower front end surface 16 of the main body 1 and the lower part of the blow-off louver 6 of the front panel 4. 20 is a drain hose, and 21 is a connection pipe.

ある。 As described above, in this invention, the guide plate is divided into the back part and the lower part, the back guide plate is made integral with the dew receiving part, so that there is no fear of water leakage, and the lower guide part is made of a thinner insulating material than before. By doing this, it is possible to insulate the outer wall of the dew receiving part and create a structure that does not have to worry about dew condensation on the lower guide part itself. Moreover, it is possible to insulate the outer wall of the dew receiving part, and to create a structure in which there is no fear of dew condensation on the lower guide part itself.Furthermore, it is possible to insulate the outside wall of the lower guide part without changing the dimensions of the indoor unit at all from the conventional one. Space A is provided in space A, and space B is provided at the bottom of the blow-off looper, so in addition to allowing piping and drain hoses to exit from space A to the left, space B stores excess remote control cords and power cords. This invention has great effects, such as preventing exposure to the remote control cord and power cord, and making it possible to make it even thinner.
