〈産業上の利用分野〉
本発明はタイル貼りコンクリートパネルを大量に簡単か
つ確実に製造することを可能としたコンクリートパネル

用されるようになって来たが、このタイルを壁面に施工
するに当たっては、現場で直接タイルを施工する方法と
、工場で多数枚のタイルを貼り付けたコンクリートパネ
ルを作りこのコンクリートパネルを現場で施工する方法

の後にコンクリートを打設する方法であり、この先付は
法にはタイル相互間に目地を深く設ける為に予め紐状物
を埋設しながらタイルを型枠内に敷き込むタイルシート
法と予めタイルを固定する為の「まず」を設けた型枠に
タイルを個々に敷き並べる目地まず法の2種があり、前
者は硬化後に紐の除去作業が厄介であり、目地の深さが
一定せず、タイル表面にセメントペーストがまわり込ん
で付着するので硬化後の除去に手間取る欠点があり、か
つ後者はタイルの大きさに誤差がある為にタイル表面に
ペーストがまわりこんで付着するので硬化後の除去に手
間取り、熱気養生により「まず」の弾力性が失われるの
で、益々上記現象が助長され、更にタイルを型枠上に個
々に嵌め込まなければならないので、その作業に手間取

本発明に係る方法の一実施例を具体的に説明すると本発
明に於いては先ずクラフト紙のような所定の厚さと強度

良いタイル貼りコンクリートパネルを安価に大量生産す
