ート２ａ及びサブフロート２ｂを設け、フロート
本体１のパイプとメインフロート２ａとを連通さ
せ、該フレーム本体１の適宜な箇所に各メインフ
ロート２ａへの送気を調節したり、メインフロー
ト２ａ内の空気を排出するバルブ３を設けると共
に、これらのメインフロート２ａへ各バルブ３を
介してそれぞれ送気するブロアー４を設けたこと
