に達していない状態において前記電磁ソレノイド
を任意の時間間隔で繰返し励磁するとともに前記
プランジヤが前記設定ストロークに達したことを
光センサで検出する電磁タツカにおいて、前記光
センサと前記プランジヤとの間で投受光を伝達す
るための光フアイバを前記プランジヤの吸引方向
移動に対応して移動する吸引移動体の側面に対向
して設け、かつ、前記プランジヤが設定ストロー
クに達したときに前記光センサからの出力を変化
させるための光出力変化部を前記吸引移動体に形
