比較回路に入力し、該比較回路の出力と起動制御
回路の信号とを第１のＡＮＤ回路に入力し、該第
１のＡＮＤ回路の出力を第２のＡＮＤ回路の一方
の入力端子に直接入力し、他の入力端子に抵抗と
コンデンサによる遅れ回路を介して入力し、該第
２のＡＮＤ回路の出力と上記起動制御回路の信号
をＯＲ回路に入力し、該ＯＲ回路の出力で電動機
の速度制御回路に停止信を送る保護回路を備えた
ものに於て、上記第２のＡＮＤ回路の出力と上記
起動制御回路の信号とをＮＡＮＤ回路に入力し、
該ＮＡＮＤ回路の出力を上記モノマルチバイブレ
ータのリセツト回路に入力する様に構成した事を
