However, in this type of conventional method, the heat capacity (heating power amount) is determined based on the initial design conditions, and if it becomes necessary to change the heating power amount during energized use after installation, the heater wire must be replaced. I was forced to do it. Replacing the heater wire not only increases the cost of materials, but also increases the cost and man-hours required for replacement.

In addition, most conventional heater wires heat the rail with a single heater wire, and in that case, the heater wire has a large capacity, making it thick, making it difficult to install, and potentially causing problems such as contact with the wheels inside the rail. .

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the problems of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method that can easily adjust the amount of heating power without requiring replacement of heater wires, and can heat rails safely.

That is, in the method of the present invention, a plurality of heater wires are attached in parallel to the side surface of the rail, a circuit is formed for each heater wire, and each heater wire forming a circuit is connected to each circuit. Either each circuit is independent, or each circuit is connected in series.
By selectively connecting the wires in parallel and energizing them, the rails are heated in a state where the amount of heating power can be adjusted.

This will be explained below with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 shows the heater wire attached to the rail, and Figure 2 shows the wiring diagram of the heater wire. It is attached by.

There are four heater wires H on each side of rail 1.
H 1 , H 2 , H 3 , and H 4 are installed in parallel as a pair, and each heater wire H 1 , H 2 , H 3 , and H 4 is folded back in the length direction and both ends are connected to the distribution board 6. By connecting to the introduced lead wires 5, a circuit is formed in each. Therefore, each heater wire H 1 ,
H 2 , H 3 , and H 4 are individually energized by power supplied from the distribution board 6 to generate heat, thereby heating the rail 1 .

Therefore, each heater wire H 1 forming a circuit individually,
H 2 , H 3 , and H 4 are connected in the distribution board 6 by selecting whether to energize each circuit individually, to energize each circuit in series or parallel combinations, or to energize them in combination. and is adjusted so that a predetermined amount of heating power is obtained.

According to the method of the present invention as described above,
The amount of heating power can be changed and adjusted simply by selectively connecting the multiple heater wires that form each circuit into independent circuits, or by connecting each circuit in series or parallel. The rail can be economically heated to the optimum temperature without having to replace the heater wire.

In addition, since multiple heater wires are used, there is no need to make them thick, they are easy to install, and there is no risk of them coming into contact with the wheels even if they are on the inner surface of the rail, heating the rail safely and efficiently and preventing the rail from freezing. It effectively prevents this, and the effect is enormous.
