はフレーム前面部の裏側において前面部とカバーとに固
着され、且つ各舌片にはねじを挿通し互いに締着でき．
る穴を有し、また蓋にはカバーに対する開放を禁止する
錠を取付け、鍵により前記錠を操作することを特徴とす
