吹返し流によりカルマン渦を発生させるカルマン
渦発生装置と、前記感温素子の冷却度に基づいて
出力される出力信号から吸入空気流量を演算する
第1の演算手段と、前記出力信号の脈動周波数を
検出する周波数検出手段と、前記吹返し流による
所定値以上の前記脈動周波数に対応する出力信号
のときの流量を演算する第2の演算手段と、第1
と第2の演算手段により演算された吸入空気流量
に基づいて真の吸入空気流量を演算する第3の演
算手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の
